Community Support:
Offers home-based assistance, training and support necessary for the individual to complete independent living skills; participation in community activities and improve community living skills. Transportation to and from day habilitation, vocational, and community activities. It also provides crisis intervention, medical monitoring and medical equipment and supplies.
Respite:
Offered either in or out of the consumer's home to temporarily relieve the family members or the other primary caregivers of their responsibilities for providing care to the consumer.

Provided by licensed or certified professionals including:
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
- Speech/ Language Therapy
- Dietary
- Social Work
- Psychology
- Behavioral Health
Advocacy:
Advocates with and for individuals who have disabilities and their families so they may choose appropriate supports, defend their rights and express their opinions.
